Skin is a living organism. It breathes, interacts, and absorbs information from everything it encounters. It’s in constant communication with the environment. Without healthy skin, we are vulnerable to the effects of everything we encounter.

ELIMINATE SUGAR

Sugar will mess up your digestion and clog up your organs of elimination; your liver, kidneys and bowels. If your body cannot eliminate waste through your liver, kidneys or bowel, the waste will be eliminated through your skin. Hello acne and skin rashes!

DRINK GREEN JUICE

Juicing will help regulate your skin and body and can help you achieve clear and glowing skin. Juicing will also cleanse the kidneys and bowels. Green vegetable juices boost the immune system, they counterbalance the body’s pH, rid the body of acid waste, purge the body of mucous, and perform a cellular cleansing. Our favorite juice contains kale, green pepper, celery and a granny smith apple!

AVOID HARSH CHEMICALS AND PRESERVATIVES

Most of us use several skin products on a daily basis. Anything you put on your skin, is soaked up by your skin. When the products we use are made from harmful ingredients these place an unnecessary burden on the body’s detoxification processes and on the entire immune system, including the skin. If your body is unable to remove these chemicals, these chemicals can cause problems in the future.
