You have to try this meatloaf recipe! It is so simple and so good! For added health benefits I like to add ground liver to my ground meat. This way I get the health benefits of eating liver, without the taste. I add 1/8 - 1/4 cup of ground liver. I’ll often add whatever I have on hand to the meat loaf. I commonly use carrots, kale and spinach. I always prefer to use grain free flours, such as garbanzo bean flour. However, if I run out of flour, I’ll use gluten-free bread crumbs that are free of cornstarch.
CHEESY BUFFALO MEATLOAF
Ingredients
2 pounds ground meat
1/2 onion diced
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
2 eggs
1 cup cheese
1 cup gluten free bread crumbs or garbanzo bean flour
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Mix it all up and then form into a loaf on a baking sheet. Cover loaf with ketchup or tomato paste. Bake at 350F for 70-80 mins.
