1-quart or 32 oz tomato sauce
1-quart bone broth (any)
2 TBS Olive Oil
2 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
4-5 Cups mixed vegetables
1 small onion, diced

Cook the meat in a skillet. Add the Worcestershire sauce to the meat when meat is cooked.
In a large pot brown the garlic and onion in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add any raw vegetables next and cook until they begin to soften. Stir occasionally. Next add any frozen or leftover vegetables to the pot.
Pour in the broth, the tomato sauce and tomato paste. Transfer cooked meat into the pot. Season with Salt + Pepper to taste. Cover and cook until all vegetables are cooked through. Enjoy!
