Dr. Sara's Go To Gluten Free Bread Recipe

3 cups corn flour. I used bloody butcher corn

3 cups rice flour

1/2 cup arrowroot powder

1/2 cup each of hemp seed, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds

1 cup sunflower seeds

3 teaspoons salt

2 tablespoon baking powder

5 eggs

6 tablespoon oil

1 teaspoon vinegar

3-5 cups of water


Mix all ingredients. Evenly distribute between 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.

Wait for the bread to cool before cutting.
