Introducing Foods To Your Baby

The goal for introducing foods to your baby is to introduce as high quality, nutrient dense foods as you can. Overall you want to introduce lots of good quality fats, easily digestible proteins and good veggies.

All foods should be introduce one at a time to detect potential upsets. Once foods are successfully introduced they should be rotated so that the baby in not eating the same meal day after day. This will also prevent future food sensitivities. If you eat the same foods without rotation you are more likely to exhaust your natural enzymes that digest these food. Without enzymes, foods won't be digested and will becomes a trigger for the immune system to attack. Aka food sensitivities and allergies.
