I felt tired, lethargic, Blah, no energy, going through the motions. I had constipation and high/low blood sugar spikes. Now- It’s fabulous. Reducing carbs to just veggies and occasional berries has been great. I’ve lost 13.5 lbs. since January 3. I have more energy, started back with exercising as Dr. Cullyn suggested to burn fat stores. Don’t need naps anymore. My hormonal complaints before my cycle have really died down and improved.
